Report - October 12 - October 18, 2007 |
This weekend
was all about getting all those last minute details taken care of
in anticipation of opening weekend for Duck Season. Mike Jolley is
expecting one of the best Youth Hunt weekends in 20 years with all
the rain that Pintail Farms has received. Cold fronts are beginning
to enter Texas, and one is expected with highs in the
low 70s and lows in the upper 40s for the opening of regular gun
season.
Everyone at Pintail Farms is excited about and looking forward to
a fantastic Waterfowl Season.
What's New for the 2007-2008
Hunting Regulations.
Youth Weekend Outlook:
Friday, October 19th a high of 79 and low of 54 and sunny skies is
forecast.
Saturday October 20th, a high of 82 and low of 61 with sunny skies
is forecast.
Sunday, October 21st a high of 81 and low of 55 with partly cloudy
skies is forecast.
Make sure and visit our "2007-2008
Waterfowl Harvest Board" for an updated count as we go through
waterfowl hunting season. We will be updating the Field
Reports on a weekly basis, and Photo
Gallery on a monthly basis.If you haven't seen our "Duck
