| Hunting Report - January 11, - January 17, 2008 |
| Weekend Report |
Last
week was slower than normal for January. Temperatures were warmer
than usual and hunters didn't turn out to hunt the
warmer days. Only 39 birds were taken. Hunting should be better
with the
colder weather returning this week
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is still reporting solid takes
of Mallards, Wood Ducks, Gadwalls, and Teal in the North Zone.
Pintail Farms will be hosting a special hunt for 2 Iraqi veterans
and one of the moderators from the Texas Hunting Forum on Monday
1/21/08 and Tuesday, 1/22/08. We are looking forward to a good
time and a great hunt. Make sure and check our next update for
a report and pictures.
