| Weekend Report |
| The
second split of the season opened 30 minutes before sunrise on
December 8th. It was a warm day, but the hunters at Pintail Farms
still had a good shoot. The daughter of one of the members, shot
her first Speckled Belly Goose. Sunday the wind switched to the
North
and
it was a great hunting day. Mallards were showing up along with
Green Wing Teal. Even the young hunters had
a great time.
With the cold and ice storms gripping the Texas Panhandle, Oklahoma
and the midwest, we are expecting the birds to funnel into Pintail
Farms.More
frozen
precipitation is expected Monday evening through out Oklahoma and
Kansas which should help the waterfowl hunting in the North Texas
region.
We've included more gamecam shots this week, along with some nice pictures of a buck seen at Pintail Farms.
